Lighting canno be disabled on RiggedModelObjects

RiggelModelObjects have always lighting enabled. The underlying XNAnimation library needs tangent vectors for the vertices is lighting is enabled. This library provides an API to disable this lighting, but in NOVA it is hard-coded than the skinned models (of XNAnimation) are always using lighting. Therefore the rigged model file must provide tangent information otherwise a runtime exception will be thrown saying that there is no tangent information.

This is fixed on the FIX_1252-branch by passing through the "EnabledLighting"-property of the NOVA RenderMaterial. Thereby the user can decide either to use lighting (and provide tangent) or to not use lighting (=flat shading) and omit the tangent. This fix will be released with the next release, either NOVA v1.8.1 or v1.9.0.
